2tablespoons lemon juice, 4 slices of pumkinickel, 8 king pawns,
1/4 cups watercress,1/4flat leaf parseley, 1 lemon quartered
Scoop the flesh from the avocado and roughly mash with a fork.Add the lemon juce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the avocado on the bread and top each slice with 2 pawns. Garnish with watercress and parsley and serve wth a wedge of lemon.
