If we make fitness an enjoyable pleasure fun based we are surely more likely to stick to it and do it often and turn into your lifestyle.
As my model miss See show it can be fun, do it with friends, keep your motivation pic handy and enjoy the way your feel good endorphins feel after training. Do anything that makes you move clean your house, car, take up a dance class, buy a new bike or take up a team sport!
ARH..some of my dear hotfoxs are sometimes slack with doing this and others are fantastic at stretching. When stetch before and after exercise it helps muscles both warm up and then helps them recover and also prevents injury! MAKE SURE YOU DO WHOEVER IS READING THIS!

If you are wanting to work on your legs as I currently want to do. Be sure to mix up your exercise routine to include weights, and go cardio and throw sets of good old leg press. SQUATS. LUNGES, STARJUMPS YOU KNOW THE DRILL!
Ever been round a person who was extremely close minded? You would walk on eggshells around them because you didn’t want to offend them, and they missed out on so much because of their close mindedness. Let’s go to the extreme other end of this personality. Be as open as you can to other people’s ideas and actiond and you’ll suddenly become far more likeable and develop better friendships. You don’t have to agree with them to be accepting and non-judgemental. When you’re more open to other people’s ways you’llfind yourself a lot less stressed and critical.

A huge shout out to my super Austrian HOTFOX KATIJA! Working extremely hard and so much fitter for it. First day puffy now she can handle anything I throw her way! Happy birthday to my beautiful son mr JAY! Turning the big 12 today .. being a mum to a 12 year old is interesting lol …already flexing with his uncles! I have the exciting teenage years to live through now yaya! All things start with a jay today! I have read the average 12 year old has 10 mood swings a day ..oh yer bring it on and give me some of that .. he isnt even a chick lol…….good times not haha
