I’m turning the big 37 (scary) this year but it is funny cause I don’t feel that old! Here are my top tips for feeling great! 1.look after your skin, use good old anti ageing creams(say no to the botox) 2. let go of past hurts, be a role model for someone else, 3. walk your pooch,4. choose your battles wisely but also let it out when you really feel the need(sometimes a bloody good private rant is an awesome way for release)! 5. eat well and avoid the secret sabotages( always eating out poor portion control! 6. wear a nice bright lippie (it also makes your teeth look brighter! 7. learn that you cant control what others think but you sure can control your own! (no one can make you feel inferior without your consent) 8. learn to see the funny side even in annoying situations! 9. eat a well balanced diet (you can have treats just not everyday!) 10. see a funny movie and learn to see the glass half full! THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM IN THE WORLD FOR EVERYBODYS DREAMS TO COME TRUE AND I REALLY HOPE THEY DO FOR YOU!
I love bananas! They are the perfect afternoon snack , morning tea! Not to mention so good for us! Why not grab some today and make some banana bread with honey instead of using sugar and be sure to add them to your summer smoothies! YUMMY! It also helps if like moi you are yourself completely bananas lol!
ARH Good old sleep we sure all need it! To make sure you get good quality sleep make sure you unwind yourself at night. TURN OFF electronic devices if you can (except for your alarm) make sure your bedroom is nice and dark, do some of my tricks chamomile tea, a good sleeping mask, have your room nice and dark , a warm glass of light milk, make sure you release stress from the day and always try to go to bed the same time! FEEL SLEEPY YET?

There are times when your after a post workout or nice afternoon snack! HERE is how to make my yummy coconut rough protein balls that are tasty and healthy. you will need
1.1 cup coconut 2. half cup cacoa 3. 2 tablespoons of honey 4. 1 tablespoon of coconut oil 5. extra coconut for decorating! MIX THE FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER UNTIL WELL COMBINED, ROLL TEASPOONS OF THE MIX INTO BALLS IN DESICCATED COCNUT. PLACE IN THE FRIDGE TO SET. MAKES 16 BALLS! HAPPY EATING!
