are some tips to help! SLOW DOWN-If its common knowledge among healthies that it takes 20 minutes to realise you’re full, eating slowly is a simple way to eat less(by the time your half way through a 40 minute meal you won’t even feel like finishing.

MAKE SURE YOU’RE REALLY HUNGRY- When you’re rummaging through your pantry searching for your next snack attack, visualise a hearty meal, say a juicy steak or a warm chicken salad. If the meal you visualised isn’t appetising (compared to the warm chocolate cake) than perhaps you’re not hungry- you could be thirsty, searching for comfort or simply bored – go hit the pavement!

My fav colour is red and more red for clothes I just love it , I find it very uplifting and empowering as a woman! Knowing what colour you feel good is a very powerful thing indeed for a lady! It will make you feel confident, sensual, and happy just like wearing your fav perfume (mine is ANGEL how about yours?) The same goes for knowing what style of dress you suit and feel comfortable in (mine is floaty) and yours is??

Especially good when you have just achieved a weightloss goal or having been working the weights and you now feel great and strong is to go and buy yourself a very special present to yourself in the form of a lovely new dress or skirt ..hell anything that makes you feel like a goddess.

hotfox ian 009Okay we all can secretly do this to ourselves. Try and distract yourself as much as possible when you feel the urge!

1.limit your alcohol intake or at least cut it right down

2.make your lunch for work and make sure you have a full breakfest or at least a healthy smoothie

3.instead of catching up with friends for coffee and cake why not catch up with a walk or a run

4.cut down on take aways and start cooking at home more often

5.plan your meals and workouts for the rest of the week

6.choose low fat or soy products instead of full cream

7.got a gym membership then bloody make sure you use everyone can find the time for good health (cause someone busier than you is running right now)

8.when you feel a craving coming on distract yourself…read a book, jump on your bike, phone a friend)

9.be sure to look at your motivation photo

10.remember the body that you have right right is a direct reflection of your lifestyle so if you happy awesome work if you think there is room for improvement please don’t dare despair JUST DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Yes folks diet is 80% and 20% exercise! So we def have to pay special attention to what goes into our mouths. Now is the time to get out the blender and make delish smoothies, healthy protein rich meals and snack on spring time fruits. Berries of all kinds as in this pic are full of anti-oxidants so get into them spinkle on your porridge, or as an afternoon snack attack with low fat yoghurt but just watch those yoghurts as some can have as much as 11 tneaspoons of sugar ooch! Shoot away not so good so us treats and simply replace with yummy good stuff!GOOD HEALTHY FOODmassage pink hotfox 058202486_f520cheap-healthy-foodsimages.jpgjj

IMG_7915SPRING IS A GREAT TIME TO UPDATE YOUR LOOKS AND GET YOUR SKIN IN GREAT CONDITION!

1. Invest in a good cleanser,serum, rose hip oil

2. de fuzz yourself(laser,wax you know the drill lol)

3. update your make up with nice spring colours

4. get your eyebrows groomed (they frame your face and a high arch can lift your whole face)

5.remember to slip, slop, and slap on a hat

6. be happy in your own skin (learn to glow from the inside out and laugh more)

7.pay special attention to your eyes and wear a bit of black eyeliner once in a while and buy yourself an amazing mascara (YSL SHOCKING) YOUR EYES TRULY ARE THE WINDOW TO YOUR SOUL!

8.treat yourself to a monthly massage instead of boozy nights out( do try and limit those times they can really age you) 9. go swimming in the ocean (SPF15 IT) so good to feel the natural salt water on our skin . 10. massage your feet at night (puts you your body in a state ready to relax!) WIPE OUT THE WINTER BLUES AND GET READY FOR THE NEW SPRING TIME YOU! ONE WHO IS  HEALTHY FIT AND GLOWING WITH RADIANCE AND GOOD HEALTH!
