yes we can have our treats and eat them to..after being all good through the week you deserve that ice cream/ choco/ chips just keep them as you do earn them and will feel like fantasic fox that you are. HERE is when i busted my dear MA eating some caramel and when we took Jay and co to HOG’S BREATHE CAFE TO SAMPLE THEIR FAMOUS CURLY FRIES……IT ALL GOT EATEN LOL

With so many crap reality shows filling our screens lately, must say I’am really enjoying watching the ‘I WILL SURVIVE’ show.

I love drag queens they are just so funny and entertaning and who love fake tan and make up nearly as much as I do … haha and they show us that DANCING is a real and fun way to work out ‘I LOVE TO BOOGIE OH YEAH BRING OUT THOSE HEELS KIMMMIE…..HEAR ME ROARRR oh girls I just want to get  up and dance with you x xxxblingy beestar

Arh here here to good old push ups. No wonder they are a fav for the military, they get you super fit and strong with each rep.

They work all muscle groups in our upper body yaya.

In addition to building strength, they force the heart to work harder and get our blood pumping … fast(like you have seen the man of your dreams girl lol) this increases metabolism and can help you burn calories way after the exercise…. GET DOWN AND GIVE ME SOME GIRLS! NO NEED TO JOIN THE MILITARY JUST YET HEHE!

How hot was it today? Very hot indeed. Make the most of your weekend, clean up your yard (like moi), tackle the uphill stairs at TURBOT ST THE CITY!
