I HAVE MANY LADIES WHO HAVE BAD KNEES, OLD INJURIES TO BE STRENGTHEN AND THEY ARE ALL TELLING ME HOW MUCH BETTER THEY ARE FEELING FROM THE WEIGHT EXERCISES WE ARE DOING WHICH MAKES ME SO HAPPY TO THINK IT IS HELPING GENTLY STRENGTHEN THEIR CONDITIONS!

3.helps to increase your core strength, which improves posture, co-ordination and balance
4.after the age of 20, if you do not strength train you will lose between 2.2 and 3.2 kilos of muscle every decade
SO LIFT THOSE WEIGHTS HOTFOXS AND GET STRONGER AS YOU CAN SEE THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD REASONS TO START!!!
