I HAVE MANY LADIES WHO HAVE BAD KNEES, OLD INJURIES TO BE STRENGTHEN AND THEY ARE ALL TELLING ME HOW MUCH BETTER THEY ARE FEELING FROM THE WEIGHT EXERCISES WE ARE DOING WHICH MAKES ME SO HAPPY TO THINK IT IS HELPING GENTLY STRENGTHEN THEIR CONDITIONS!

2.strengthens your bones, by increasing the density reducing your risk of osteoporosis

3.helps to increase your core strength, which improves posture, co-ordination and balance

I SAW THE MOVIE EAT PRAY LOVE RECENTLY AND THOROUGHLY ENJOYED IT.

I MYSELF HAVE OFTEN WANTED TO CHECK OUT OF NORMAL DAILY ROUTINE, TAKE TO THE HILLS AND SEE THE TRUE BEAUTY OF OTHER CULTURES AND TAKE A LONG, HARD LOOK AT  LIFE.

I THINK WE ALL COME TO THAT POINT IN OUR BUSY LIVES HOW WE SWEAT OVER SMALL IRRELVANT STUFF AND ARE CONSTANTLY TRYING TO PROVE OURSELVES AND KEEP UP.
